§ Mr. Kynoch[holding answer 10 June 1996]: Just over one Mecu—£827,000—is available to fund projects under the financial instrument for fisheries guidance in 1996. Eligible activity includes business opportunity studies, product development and marketing research and quality assurance initiatives. No money has been paid out under for 1995 or 1996.
