Whether they will confirm the statement made by Mr. Steven Norris, MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Transport, on 21st May in launching the new Heathrow Express rolling stock, that the Government have made a payment in respect of additional costs due to the collapse of the tunnels at Heathrow Central.
