§ Mr. HoramThe Department has a plan to improve under representation of women in certain grades. Measures include the development of stock targets for women by grade, development and implementation of a comprehensive policy on flexible working patterns and development and implementation of a programme of positive action training for women. The numbers of women in management grades overall has increased since 1992 as shown in the table.
