§ Mr. SproatThe detailed analysis of the consultation exercise is an internal document, never itself intended for publication. It is the basis of internal discussion and advice on a policy which has yet to be finalised and announced. The selective release of some elements of the information from the exercise would be misleading. It would also be premature, given that I have said in my previous parliamentary answer that a summary of the main conclusions of the consultation exercise will be published along with the bid prospectus.
