§ Mr. ForthProspects is the name given on Merseyside to a pilot, led by Knowsley metropolitan borough council, aimed at identifying any new sources of jobs arising from social and economic change. It will run for 18 months from January 1996.
The pilot is funded by the European Union. Similar pilots are being run in 15 other member states.
