§ Mr. Roger EvansI am today laying before the House the Family Credit (General) Amendment Regulations 1996, which will give effect to that measure, and the associated report of the Social Security Committee with my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State's response to it. The regulations, subject to negative resolution, will come into effect from 2 July 1996.
