§ Mr. ArbuthnotWe set out in the preliminary information memorandum, a copy of which is in the Library of the House, proposals for setting the rent MOD will pay for those married quarters it leases from the purchaser of the married quarters estate. The final arrangements will be settled in discussion with potential purchasers of the estate. The proposed sale of the estate will have no impact upon the arrangements whereby the charges which service personnel pay for their accommodation are independently recommended by the Armed Forces Pay Review Body.
