To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what reference to a declaration is contained in his warrant in respect of banisters taking silk. [27568]

We warrant signifying the appointment of Queen's counsel will continue to make no reference to the declaration which will continue to be made when the appointee has tendered the warrant to the Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland.
