§ Mr. MossEach bus is certified as to the number of seats and the level of standing by the public service vehicle authorities and the company adheres to these regulations. Enforcement of the regulations is carried out by the bus driver. Periodic checks, involving a physical count of passengers, are carried out by inspectors. The maximum carrying capacity is displayed on each bus.
