To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list by family health services authority the number of(a) doctors, (b) nurses, (c) midwives, (d) health visitors, (e) administration and clerical staff and (f) managers in (i) 1990, (ii) 1992, (iii) 1994 and (iv) 1995. [39201]

The available information is given in the following table. It relates to general medical practitioners, the staff they employed and the staff directly employed by the former family health services authorities but does not include staff employed by NHS trusts or the former health authorities.
