§ Mr. HoramThe national health service litigation authority currently has two members: the chairman, Sir Bruce Martin QC, who is a company chairman, and Mr. Ron Bradshaw, a solicitor. An exercise to appoint additional members is currently under way. Declarations of interests for all members will be available from the litigation authority.
