§ Mr. ForthA wide range of vacancies is notified to jobcentres and there is no single definition of quality which could be used for monitoring purposes. Jobcentres can refuse vacancies only where there are strong reasons for doing so, for example where the vacancy may put jobseekers at risk or there is evidence that the employer is not genuine.
