§ Mr. ClappisonMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment attended the recent meeting of Environment Ministers in Dublin. Their informal discussion concentrated on an exchange of views about waste management issues in the EU. With their agreement, I have placed in the Library a copy of the paper produced by the Irish presidency to inform that discussion.
