When it will publish the DTI's MINIS (Management Information System for Ministers) returns.

The Minister of State, Department of Trade and Industry (Lord Fraser of Carmyllie)

The MINIS 96 returns for the department, including its efficiency plan, were published on 24th July 1996. A set has been placed in the Library of the House.
