§ Mr. WattsSection 14 already provides that the Health and Safety Commission may direct an investigation into an accident and publish a report. The commission's stated policy is to publish reports of serious accidents investigations carried out under the 1974 Act. In addition, the commission's railway industry advisory committee is examining existing arrangements for disseminating information gained from accident investigations.
