§ Mr. NorrisWe have rigorous independent mechanisms for investigating accidents, specifically for each transport mode. Transport is a diverse and international business and it makes sense to have separate bodies while ensuring a regular communication between them. I do not believe that an overarching safety investigation authority would add value.
