To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food how many seats the UK is entitled to on the Fisheries Committee of the European Parliament; and how many seats the UK currently occupies. [38404]

§ Mr. Baldry
The UK is entitled to have five full members on the Fisheries Committee of the European Parliament and two substitute members. UK members of the European Parliament currently occupy all five full seats.
