To ask the Secretary of State for Health if he will list for each district health authority for each of the financial years 1996–97 and 1997–98 and subsequent years for which figures can be given or estimated (a) the recurrent deficit, (b) the non-recurrent surplus deficit, (c) movements in balances, (d) the cash deficit and (e) those deficits expressed as a percentage of revenue or expenditure.
