§ Mr. HanleyWe fully support the general framework agreement for peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina, under which Bosnia and Herzegovina consists of two entities—the Federation and the Republika Srpska. Each entity has extensive governmental functions and powers, as set out in article III of the constitution agreed at Dayton.
