§ Mr. HoramThe full business case for this development was received by the former Northern and Yorkshire regional health authority in August 1994. A partner company was selected in March 1993. The proposal was submitted for private finance initiative approval and it was approved by the national health service executive in February 1995. The Royal Victoria and Associated Hospitals national health service trust expects to announce commencement of construction shortly.
