§ Sir John WheelerThe Department of Finance and Personnel has had a presence on the Internet since May 1995 and provides an electronic publication service for Northern Ireland Departments and the Northern Ireland Office.
Each Department has identified a senior official who is responsible for co-operating with departmental business managers to determine which publications should be published on the Internet.
