§ Mr. Jonathan EvansTop-up payments of £23.13 and £19.70 per animal under the suckler cow and beef special premium schemes respectively will be made this summer. In addition a further £29 million is being made available to help beef producers and we are considering in consultation with the Welsh farming unions how to put this to best use.
