§ Mr. FreemanThe Office of Public Service issued guidance to Departments and agencies today on redress under the citizens charter. This guidance takes into account the views of the Select Committee on the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration and those of the citizens charter complaints task force. It provides a framework for Departments and agencies to enable them to provide quick and effective redress when things go wrong.
