To ask the Secretary of State for Health how many deaths where hypothermia was mentioned on the death certificates as the main contributory cause of death took place in England and Wales in(a) 1993, (b)(c) 1995 for (i) all age groups, (ii) people aged 65 years and over and (iii) people aged 80 years and over.
