To ask the Lord President of the Council if he will list(a) for each of the last 10 years, the annual rate for (i) hon. Members' pay and (ii) each category of allowance and (b) the proportion of hon. Members who draw these amounts in full, together with the average amount paid for each category in the most recent year for which figures are available. [36202]
