To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to his answer of 4 June,Official Report, column 341, on environmental assessments of former RAF stations, if land quality statements are made available to local councils and members of the public if requested. [36186]

My Department will make available, upon request, copies of individual land quality statements to local authorities and to members of the public.
