§ Sir George YoungThe Minister for Railways and Roads visited Atlanta and Washington in November 1995 on a fact-finding mission on road traffic management measures. The Minister for Local Transport, Road Safety and Transport in London addressed the international congress on alcohol and drug dependency in San Diego in August 1995 and looked at San Diego's local transport systems. In 1993, he went on a fact-finding mission to Chicago to study parking enforcement systems.
