To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will take steps to enable Northern Ireland-born citizens' children whose parents have been resident in British dependent territories to be eligible for student grants and fees. [35346]

There are no plans to change the residence requirements, which are common throughout the United Kingdom.
