To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what are the minimum standards that have to be met by the owners of quarantine kennels. [28930]

[holding answer 14 May 1996]: The standard requirements under the Rabies (Importation of Dogs, Cats and Other Mammals) Order 1974 for the design, construction, operation and management of authorised quarantine premises for dogs and cats are set out on form ID50. I have placed a copy in the Library of the House.
