§ Mr. NorrisThe primary responsibility for all aspects of the millennium exhibition will rest with the company formed to operate it. The development of River Thames passenger services to the exhibition will be for the operator in conjunction with boat operators and the Port of London Authority. The Department of National Heritage and the Government office for London will each have a role in co-ordinating action.
