§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonBefore registering English certificates of money provisions, the keeper of the registers of Scotland ensures that such certificates.
- bear certification from an appropriate court
- are signed by a proper officer of that court
- are presented within six months of the date of signing.
§ Ms CunninghamTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how many English certificates of money provisions were registered with the Books of Council and Session each year since 1990 and in the first half of 1996. [35945]

- 1990: 93
- 1991: 1,488
- 1992: 1,917
- 1993: 2,101
- 1994: 2,234
- 1995: 2,474
- 1996: 1,012 (first six months).
