To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list the development corporations with residential blocks in their areas and the service charge in each block; and if he will make a statement. [35734]

The following urban development corporations have residential blocks in their respective areas: Birmingham Heartlands, Black Country, London Docklands, Merseyside, Trafford Park and Tyne and Wear.

The information on service charges is not held by the UDCs, but would in any case be commercially confidential.
