§ Mr. MossAll costs associated with the implementation of the Disability Discrimination Act in Northern Ireland including the administration costs of the Northern Ireland Disability Council, the costs of providing an advice and support service and publicity costs will he borne on the Department of Health and Social Services administration and miscellaneous services vote, DHSS vote 4. Parliamentary approval of this new expenditure will be sought in a supplementary estimate for this vote. Pending that approval, urgent expenditure estimated at £230,000 will be met by repayable advances from the contingencies fund.
