§ The Attorney-GeneralThe recommendations of the Jason Mitchell inquiry are under consideration. In particular, discussions are taking place between the mental health unit—formerly C3 division—of the Home Office and the Crown Prosecution Service about the way in which it may provide information in respect of restricted hospital patients, which will assist the mental health unit in carrying out its role.
