§ Mr. HanleyWe urge Iraq and Iran to fulfil their obligations under the relevant UN resolutions covering prisoners of war and support the work of the International Committee of the Red Cross. At meetings of the ICRC's tripartite commission and its technical sub-committee, we have repeatedly pressed the Iraqis about their failure to account for the Kuwaiti and other nationals detained in Iraq after the Gulf war and still unaccounted for.
