§ Mr. Robin SquireWe are aware that many local education authorities and voluntary aided schools are exploring the use of the private finance initiative or similar arrangements for education projects, including nursery units. PFI in schools and nursery units is at an early stage, and as yet we are not aware of any nursery units provided through the PFI.
