§ Mr. HoramWe are not aware of any research which looks specifically at the effect of health warnings on consumption of tobacco by teenagers. In practice, many factors influence the teenagers' consumption of tobacco—notably, price and parental influence. It is very difficult to isolate the specific effect of health warnings on consumption from the influence of other factors.
