§ Mr. SproatThis Department undertakes very little external recruitment. The positive about disabled people symbol is not currently used for either external recruitment or internal recruitment and promotion. However, my officials are currently considering its use for external recruitment. The Department has responsibility for two agencies: the Historic Royal Palaces agency and the Royal Parks agency. The agencies have their own arrangements for recruitment and promotion. At present, neither agency uses the symbol.
