To ask the Prime Minister, pursuant to his oral answer of 9 January,Official Report, column 17, if Her Majesty's Government will discuss with the Libyan Government guarantees that the two Libyans accused of crimes in relation to the destruction of Pan Am 103 over Lockerbie would be made available for trial in The Hague if Britain set up a trial in Holland; and if he will examine the related issues of the absence of an extradition treaty with Libya.
