§ Mr. KirkhopeWith almost 97 per cent. of the principal registrations under the scheme now completed, we do not expect there to be any change in this ratio. Some spouses and dependants who were not included in the original application may apply for registration before the end-1996 deadline, but these are not likely to affect the figure significantly.
