Friend the Secretary of State for Health, but on its vacation by the national health service executive regional office, ownership will pass to Dysart Developments Ltd, the developer of the new headquarters for the regional office at Durham. Receipts from the sale of the building will be £2.825 million, which will be added to allocations to health authorities in the region to invest in services for patients.
