§ Mr. HagueThe authority submitted its recommendation on 8 December 1995 and it had a response on 22 January. The authority and Exel Logistics will be responsible for handling the restructuring costs including the funding of staff reductions as part of the contract. Exel Logistics has experience in delivering significant levels of improvements in customer service and operating costs which will be of benefit to the health service in Wales.
