§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonIt is for Lothian health board to bring forward its proposals on the future configuration of maternity services when it has completed its considerations. I understand that the board is currently undertaking a further public consultation until 28 February 1996 on its proposals for maternity services. I look forward to seeing the board's final proposals as soon as possible thereafter.
