To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what is his estimate of the additional cost or savings which will be made to the Exchequer as a consequence of the implementation of clause 10 of the Asylum and Immigration Bill; what representations he has received on the implementation of clause 10 of the Asylum and Immigration Bill; and if he will place copies of all such representations in the Library.
