§ Mr. Oppenheim[holding answer 17 January 1996]: I understand that the Post Office has undertaken to maintain the existing level of postal charges until at least 31 March this year. It will be for the Post Office in the first instance to put forward a specific proposal on the amount and timing of the increase it believes will necessary thereafter.
