§ Mr. OppenheimOverseas trade services, administered jointly by my Department and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, provide a wide range of support functions to UK exporters. This support is available to companies interested in opportunities in California where there are two commercial posts, in Los Angeles and in San Francisco, to offer help and assistance.
My Department's north America now campaign, which was launched in March 1993, provides additional support for companies interested in business opportunities in the United States. A team of export promoters seconded to the Department from the private sector is also available to give advice to exporters to the United States.
