§ Mr. Roger EvansThe savings from changes to the non-dependent deduction rates in income support, housing benefit and council tax benefit since April 1994 are estimated as(a) £60 million in 19947–95, (b) £110 million in 1995–96, and (c) £155 million in 1996–97 on an annual cumulative basis.
