§ Mr. PaiceThe single regeneration budget allows training and enterprise councils and their local partners to provide training as part of an integrated programme of support for small business start-ups. In addition, TECs can use training for work budgets to help unemployed people who wish to become self-employed. The information requested is not held centrally and could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
