§ Mr. ArbuthnotMy Department has no plans to demolish Turnstile house. The building was vacated in September 1994 and shortly afterwards it was returned to the commercial landlord.
427WNo money was spent by my Department on Turnstile house beyond that for routine maintenance and decoration. In the more recent years before the building was vacated, my Department paid the following amounts under the terms of its occupancy agreement.
