§ Mr. WillettsThe factors taken into account when deciding the length of contract include the size of the machine, the projected copy volumes and the need for flexibility in the light of changing circumstances.
The minimum total cost of leasing (a) the 18 photocopiers on three-year contracts is £36,806 per annum, (b) that of the three photocopiers on four-year contracts is £15,969 per annum and (c) that of the four photocopiers on five-year contracts is £3,315 per annum.
